Is this fungus or Icth?

This small white "thing" appeared on my 2.5" red Turq about 2 months ago. Initially I thought it was Icth, but after 2 months, it didn't increase in number and remain one single dot. It has a slight thickness to it when viewed from the front. What is it and how should I treat it. The fish is normal, healthy and has great appetite. Thanks.

Hi,
I wouldn't worry about it. I've seen them on my fish once in a while.

Just make sure to keep up with wc's, daily if possible and keep the tank clean.

My fish get those from time to time too. I think it is a bit of fungus or bacteriaplaque or pimple from virus.
