Spiro outreak??

I have been noticed that in my main tank, 100 gallons with 8 juvies and one pleco white feces or orange stringy feces always are there in one or another guy, even the small pleco, I wonder if it is safe to treat the whole tank with metro (I bought 200 pills on the web).....is it bad for the bio?? By now I am raising the temp to 90° so they can feel better and if you tell me so I will start the Metro tomorrow.

Metro will not harm your biofilter :) Just be sure to do good water changes before each dose.
