When to move them?

I have 8 eruptions that I moved into a 55 about 6 wks ago. They are now about 4" or so. Don't have access to larger tank so they'll have to grow out here. Question is I do have a runt (although very pretty) and one other small one. Though the all look pretty good. Would you reduce the load to 6 and move the other two or leave them all together. I'll like to achieve mx growth.

Leave them all together. Make sure to feed enough for all to get their share and do large enough water changes to keep tank smelling almost good enough to drink.

If you see no future in the two smaller fish, get them out of there. Those are what I call LFS fish.
