tank question

i have recently purchased a tank that i am going to set up as a breeding tank when i have a pair...my qustion is regarding the bottom piece of glass. the bottom piece is mirrored glass....does that make sense? i mean when i look straight down into the tank it's like looking into a mirror. will this be suitable for a breeding tank? will discus get scared by their own reflection?

Is it actually a mirror? I doubt it will bother the fish, but if you are worried about it pehaps you can scrape off the black silvering on the outside bottom.

yeah it is a mirror... if it won't bother the fish then i won't worry about it.
