What could these be?

Hello All

I have a hard time diagnosing any ailments that my discus may have so any help would greatly be appreciated.These spots started out pin like and exploded in size over the past couple days.They are really not cotton like so I dont know if it is a fungus or not.My PH is 7.0 GH=6° KH=4° temp=86°30% w/c daily. I age my holding water 24 hours. I moved him to the 28 gallon bow front hospital tank because I dont want any body else getting it.What should be my plan of attack? Thanks Geo

I don't know exactly what they are, but they are pretty common. Maybe a bacteria plaque.

Tank may be over stocked or too high disolved bioload (food/feces). Clean filters, tank, extra water changes, salt @ 1or 2 tablespoons per 10 gallons and the spots should fade over the next few weeks.

Started maroxy treatment with salt .50% W/C daily, Spots have dissappeared.
