You did a good job of picking them. They look like good quality fish. Nice small red eyes. Some clean pigeon and love the pattern onthe red turq. Overall looks good. Where did you pick them up?

beleive it or not, 6 of these were $15 ;D

patrick in denver was selling off his whole stock ... he posted here for a while ... He ran into problems from what I hear and got out of the discus biz ... a couple cost a little more ... I got to pick from about 250 and Patrick actually pointed out most of them ... can you tell me which is the red turq, and the golden?

I don't even know what I have!

The red and blue striped ones are red turks. The yellow or orangy ones are goldens and maybe pigeonbloods. The solid blue one ( if it is solid blue rather than pale yellow) is a blue diamond.

how old are they when they start showing signs?

Patrick - I'm glad you got to see these! Thanks again for everything ... I've had no problems at all so far - except a couple bad heaters and some cloudy water, but all is perfect now ... I spend 50+ hours a week, 5 feet away, with this tank in my office and all my staff loves to come in and stick their nose to the glass ... you must miss them (except for water changes)
