Clamped fins???? etc.need to know....

Is it normal for discus to swim with one fin held against their body? What does the term "clamped fins" mean? Is there a particular disease that causes discus to swim with only one fin? Will discus overfeed? It seems that I feed alot of food and it's all eaten.I'm feeding twice a day.Mostly the Hikari biopure bloodworms are preferred by all. The juveniles bellies are often quite full after feeding...is this bad?

Usually they have both their "arms" our swimming. If one fin is clamed all the time something is wrong. The fish doesn't feel good.
