Breeding pair down with Fin rot

Can anyone help? My breeding pair is down with fin rot a week after I removed the fries. How do I treat them? And how much later can I then breed them again? Should I seperate them?

You want to get a good antibiotic in there right now. I don't know what you have available in your country. Keep your tank spotless and add salt. They need to complete heal before they have fry chewing on them again.
