All I can say is thanks. I had an existing RO unit that I wanted to upgrade. Randal worked with me to find a new housing and membrane and adaptors. I'm able to make over 1,000 gallons per day of RO water with less than 40 ms. Considering it comes out of my tap at 640 ms that is great! I'm very happy as everything is working exactly the way I wanted it. ;)

I have to agree....Randal is the RO/H2O Man!....hes helped me out many times with upgrades and replacements and saved Me a lot of $$$$
