Same fish as above and these guys have been guarding and cleaning for about 4 weeks now. Am I doing something wrong.

Left them for a week no w/c then done 50% daily for about 5 days, what else should I do???

Be patient. When they are ready, they'll spawn. Keep up the water changes. You can also try CBW. That sometimes will inspire them. I also sometimes put on a Barry White cd for my fish. ;D

Can anyone offer a guess at the sex of these guys for me please.

Can't see them well enough to hazard a guess, but male will generally be the larger fish and will be a little thicker, especially in the head region.
