it seem like my BD and red crystal are cleaning its breeding site and notice it attack other discus aswell, so does that mean they r pairing up???
My tank ish a 5 foot community tank with other 5 medium discus, 7 cardinal, 3 rainbow fish
so my question are:
when should i remove them??
ish a 50 gallon tank be 2 big for them???
should i leave the light on 24hr or turn it off??

Yep, it looks like they've paired up. Do you have a barebottom 29 gallon with a cycled sponge filter ready for them? IF not wait until you cycle a sponge filter in this tank and then move the pair and the newly cycled sponge filter to their own tank.

i've got a 50 gallon tank barebottom tank runing with a sponge filter running that has been cycle, is that alright??...or if that is too big i could use only half of the tank by spliting it using the divider

I keep 8 discuss in 55 gal tank. 82 degree. I use 1day aged TAP water only. No care for Ph but I know it high around my area, maybe 7.8 - 8.2.
They looking ok but base on what I am reading, there is no hope for them to breed. If I want them to breed, do I have to get an RO or just take a chance with tap water like that?
Thanks

You will have to get a test kit and measure the GH or hardness of your water. GH matters much more than pH.

You should get good hatches between GH 3 and 6 or 50 - 100 ppm
