I have inherited a Snakeskin and Red Marlboro from a friend who just wasn't able to take care of them. I took them home and put them in QT. They are eating and alert.
However, before I got them, my friend had medicated his tank with tetracycline for almost a week and a half. The discus now look dyed Red/Orange like the Tetracycline in the water. I'm assuming that the dye-like color will eventually fade, but has anyone out there had a similar experience? Is this anything I should be worried about? Thank you in advance for your responses.
