You'll never guess...

Today in my frantic run around town trying to fix the substrate in my 29 gallon tank I saw sitting in about a 500 gallon tank for 10 grand...a nurse shark...and I mean a HUGE nurse shark...had to be at least 5 feet long...scared the hell out of me... :o

Theyre cool those nurse sharks - i used to work on a friends prawn trawler - we used to get a few in the nets.

Geez, wonder where youd put something like that - be nice have one of them in your loungeroom ;D

$10,000???? Yikes. I used to catch 4-5 foot sharks all the time fishing off the jetties in Galveston. Perhaps I picked the wrong profession...

Now If I had a 500 gal tank I can tell you I would not waste that space on a shark :) Nope, I'd be looking at 40-50 adult discus discus and a few pieces of king sized driftwood.....

Then I'd pick up a decent recliner....buy a good bottle of red wine, kick back and enjoy the show.

Trouble is, around here the driftwood would cost more than the shark ;D
