Eric and I were talking and would like to get some feedback on boiling crawfish & shrimp, and grilling steaks,burgers,dawgs(not me) ;D and sausage Saturday night. Just a little informal gettogether with everyone over good food and maybe some "COLD" ones. Seafood will be fresh, straight from the murky bayous and waterways of Louisiana and Mississippi. ;D
Also, the live fish auction is growing in #'s by the day and it is gonna be awesome. :D
Please give me some feedback on this!!! Thanks ;D

Eric said they would. Are you coming Carol? It is gonna be awesome,buncha top quality fish, equipment, and some of the best minds in the business. I can't wait to do my impersonation of a sponge filter> ;DApril cannot get here fast enough for me, I'm ready right now! ;)

Hey Dawg,
This GA peach will be there with hubby in tow. This will be our first workshop and can't wait. A low country seafood boil and grill sounds GREAT! If "Y'all" need help, just holler. ;D

We might pop in for a bit, since we have to be in Memphis Friday anyway. Would love to see everyone, that way we will recognize you at Liz's Labor Day!!! And the feast sounds wonderful.
