Bone expose at the tip of the fin

Hi all,
I have two 4 inch red turq has the white tip on one of their spiky dosal fin. They all act normal and eat like a pig. I feed them with bh, tetra bit, bw about 4 to 5 times a day. Is that some thing I should worry about.

without any med or salt added, this discus has recovered itself.
