last night i made a 50% Water change and everyone was fine, but this morning i saw one of my discus with a little white spot on his right eye, his other eye is fine, he's eating fine, normal behaviour.

Water parameters are:

Ammonia = 0
Nitrite = 0
Nitrate = 20
Ph 7.0
GH 6

I add 2 pics of him

Sorry about the quality, but i was already late for work.

I added melafix before leaving for work.

Any ideas what it is and how can i treat it????

Many times its's just a scratch that will go away with salt and extra water changes. However I think your discus looks sick in the photos. Nitrates are high at 20 also. I keep my nitrAtes under 5.

First line of defense is always extra water changes and salt @ 1 or 2 tablespoons per 10 gallons. If your fish is not better after 3 or 4 days I would suspect an internal bacterial infection.

I'll lower the nitrates carol, and make bigger WCs, thanks a lot

Large daily water changes. Your nitrate reading after a 50% water change tells me you may have been neglegent on previuos water changes. Water changes are the very important in maintaining good health in discus. Slack off on this, and you will regret it. :)

The Melafix will be benifical here, I suspect.

8) Very interesting, I have an African cichlid with a very simular white discoloration in her pupil as well. Im no Vet nor Doctor but Ive seen some older people and a lot of old dogs with this same discoloration, maybe cataracts or some sort of genitic flaw in the fishes DNA ???
