Question about Intestinal Flagellates

I have a couple questions about this if anyone knows....

Does this infect or spread to other fish like ick?

If you were to ever see this in one of your fish would you pretty much need to treat the whole tank?

It can spread by other fish ingesting the feces. Not like ick or flukes. I would however suggest treating the entire tank, just to be safe. Frank
