Discus is looking upwards

My discus is looking upwards whereby his head is hitting the surface and his tail is pointing downwards. On the right side of his body, there looks to be a dark spot like bloated ink smeard near his belly. Anyone have an idea what infection this is?

Could be swimbladder - could be constipation. Try epsom salt first - 1 or 2 tsp per 10 gallons
