Breeders in Taipei area

I will have a trip to Taipei, Taiwan during the spring break. Can anyone tell me any breeders in Taipei Metro area. Thanks

The only discus shop/ breeder I visited the last time I was up in Taipei was "Shining Discus Studio" - located about 2 blocks away from the Confuscius Temple (not far from the Grand Hotel). I took a few photos, but they didn't come out as nice as I had hoped - I need to get a digital camera! I have the address and ph# posted here:

I think they don't open until the afternoon, so don't try to visit/ call them in the morning. Willie here has been to visit them a couple times at least. ;)

The wife/ owner told me that unfortunately many of the discus breeders in Taipei are no longer in business.

There are a couple of Taiwanese on this board, maybe they can give some more suggestions. I've got a couple of business cards (including the one for Shining Discus Studio) from a couple other aquarium shops (non-discus - when I was there in 2002, the flowerhorns were still popular as were the arowanas) which I've visited. If you want, I can probably scan them in and post them for you later this week (then you can print them off, and tell the taxi driver where you want to go). ;D

Got any idea where can I get a 110V "AA" filter in Hong Kng or Taiwan?
I will be there during the spring break.

I like The "AA" Brand filter which is so easy to clean and maintain.
