med entire tank or a couple of fish?

Hi, I think my discus are still battling some hex. I'd like to treat the tank but first I'd like to know if the healthy of the discus will suffer if I treat the entire tank instead of isolating a few of the fish. I have a 125 gallon and if I ignore the expense involved would it be ok to treat all of the discus?

It will be really hard to heat the tank and the change water to 92+ degrees. Yes, you can treat all the discus, but do it in a smaller tank - like a 55 gallon
