First time im hatching BBS. theyve hatched, but they're mixed in with egg shells. can can i seperate these?

Once the agitation stop, they will separate out:
Top Empty shells
Middle Brine shrimp
Bottom Unhatched eggs
You can stick a tube into the middle and siphon out the brine shrimp. Stick a light and all the shrimp will collect where it hits the container.

We've got fry that are almost 3 weeks old and they absolutly love the BBS. We have 3 containers that we swap around so that we don't run out. We just stick the little siphon hose in their and get them out. Make sure you rinse them really good to get the salt water off them. Your fry (at least ours does) get little orangish red bellies from the BBS.
