Are Formula 2 Marine pellets one of the best dry foods? What's the best size - medium or small? Do both sizes work with the Eheim auto feeder? Where's the best online place to get some?

Hey HP,

I don't know if they're the best dry food available, but they must be in the top 10. As for where you could get them, I know pet online has some... you should check out there website... and they DO deliver in Canada.

I prefer tetrabits. I tried the ONF1 bits and won't be buying them again

HP, I feel the Ocean Nutrition line is one of the best out there...... I feed my discus the Marine pellets in the small size. They seem to prefer the Form 1 to the Form 2, but they eat both. Some of my discus get Form. 1 pellets every day...just remember variety is a good thing. I don't give the same fish the pellets every day, but about one third of my fish get them daily.
good luck, J.T.

Save your money and buy TetraBits... I tried the ON Pellets and they weren't accepted....I used the remainder in my BH mix... JMHO.
