These guys are about 10 months old. I got them at 2 inches, Now they're about 6 inches.

I just moved to Sacramento. Chlormine country. The test sallcylate amonia test kit I use shows ammonia readings of up to 1 PPM but I can't believe it is correct. My tanks are all loaded with cycled sponge filters. I'm using Ammo- lock to break the Chlorine-Ammonia bond.

I tried Amquel. I needed to use a triple dose to get a 0 PPM ammonia reading. My fish became lethargic. I could pick them up in my hand. Don't believe those stories about not overdosing with Amquel oe Cloram-x.
