Carol,

In one of your other post you mentioned you sparged enough air into your water drum to make the surface boil? What air stone arrangement do you use to accomplish that?

I don't use an airstone. I use a pond pump with a hose attached. I drape one end of the hose over the lip of the tank so the water cascaded into the tank creating turbulence.

Lol, there is a seperate shower in that bathroom and another bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

Hcck Carol why not give the tub a good salt cleaning and fill that up with storage water. I see jets in that tub to keep the water stirred up. And it would hold just as much if not more water than the Orange pot's you have in there. A little silicone sealant on the drain and you would be in great shape.
