Can someone please translate my water report into the layman term? ??? :D

The report says that pH is at 7.6; however, by the time it gets to my house, it's at 8.4. And it rises to about 8.6 after 24 hrs.

I measured my tap TDS. It showed about 280 ppm.

I'm guessing your GH is about 7. pH is 7.6, so good for raising discus

How about KH? I think that it's about 11.5(?) Would this matters in raising discus? Dose KH has any affect on discus? I know that it would affect pH. But what I am after is will high KH has a negative effect on discus?

KH keeps the pH stable and in the moderately high range in your case. Mine is 11 or 12 too.
