Delta Dash...

I recently established a Delta Dash account for shipping fish. However, I was surprised as to how expensive they were for shipping fish. The rate they give me was $60.00 which is a little less than FedEx. I thought it would be around $45.00. Perhaps the Delta Dash rep gave me an incorrect quote.

Does anyone any experience with Delta Dash? Can anyone confirm the shipping rates?

Dash is more expensive than regular cargo, but the fish go out on the next flight. You can ship a box of fish for $40-50 with regular air cargo but they may get bumped off a few flights. They still get them there the same day and it's quicker than Fed-ex. I prefer the overnight servies as I'm too far from the airport and have very good success with Fed-ex and Airborne. Ken

The difference is that you can ship up to 50 Lbs ( one box) for $69.18...Fedex can't match that price...... :-\
