I was just wondering.I,m a long way from any practical use of this info. but, nows the time, right?Do older strains breed truer and aresome more likely to be succesful?Which are most and least likely? P.S.Did I post the 1"ers from Cary in the wrong place?

The older strains like turquoise and pigeon blood breed truer and are easier to breed. New strains are not fixed and specimens may be more delicate

Agreed carol,

some of the newer strains can also be a little tricky to get to spawn and raise.
