Can Brine shrimp egg shell give major gill problems to very young discus.

Steve Rybecki did a fairly intensive study on feeding baby angelfish with nothing but shrimp egg shells. You can find the information on his website, www.angelsplus.com (http://www.angelsplus.com).

Discus babies at the very young stage grow faster than angelfish babies, so I don't think its a real problem.
