Is this normal...?

I just put up a 75gl tank. I Put five 3"-4" German Reds with three new fish I inherited around 4 - 5 inches they are real pretty fish. One fish which is a stunted brown wont let any of the German Reds near the CBW's. So the worms just sit at the bottom of the tank and teh brown chases everybody off except it's 2 other tank mates. Will this get better or worse I don't want my Reds not getting fed. On the other hand I dont want to disturb the process of establishing the pecking order. I have only had them together since Saturday. So I figure I need to let them settle inbut does anybody have an insight as to whats going on...! Or maybe a remedy I thought maybe some worm feeders might help 1 at each end of the tank! Anyways as always I thank you for your help.

Yes, try two worm feeders at opposite ends of the tank. IF that doesn't work put in a divider - They can figure out the pecking order later.
