Help! my proven male is sick

I'll make it short,

Breeding pair, currently nursing two week old fry, male has white deteriorating tail, noticed it yesterday. No recent water changes. pH seems stable.

I'm no expert on diseases or medication. Please advise.

May be water quality - increase water changes. If he continues to deterioate pull him.

also might wanna try melafix.......worked for me in the past.....

the fry could be moved by that age. you should be doing small wcs daily to keep the water quality up. if not..you could start losing fry. also should wipe down the walls and floors so no bacteria buildup. and siphoning the bottom after each feed. make sure your ph matches when you add. you could add it slowly with a bucket and an airline on top of the tank . stored water is best for fry.
or..move the dad as Carol said.
