Ocean Nutrition Flakes

I just received an order of some ON formula 1 and 2 flakes and was wondering if the flakes were supposed to be this small? They look really small compared to other flake foods i have tried. About 80% of the flakes look crushed and was just wondering if this happened in shipping or was normal for ON flakes. Also will the smaller flakes foul my water easier?

You must have gotten the tail end of the run. USusally ONF1 flakes are as big as your fingernail. Tiny flakes will foul the water. I feed those crumbs to fry.

all the ONF1 i got is nice and chunky, some larger than my fingernails ( i got big hands),

:-\crap! Oh well, they aren't that small and the fish are still under 3" so i think it will be ok for now. I fed them some today and last night and they ate it all up, even the tiny crumbs! The largest piece is probably about 1/2-3/4 a fingernail, but of the batch is alot smaller. Thanks for the help though.

Hi, contact the company and tell them. If they stand behind their products they'll send you more. I had the same thing happen with brine shrimp flake and plankton flake, they replaced them.
