Split tails!

I am having a little bit of a prob here. I have noticed that my Juvis have a little bit of split tails. I have kept good water conditions so I really hope its not any type of fin rot. They do chase each other around and I have been missing some Neons which is odd cause even the little 2" is going after them. Does this sound like a fin rot or could it be just the Discus nipping each other?

Splits are usually mechanical. Jagged, sawtooth, eroding or melting looking fins are water quality/illness

Thanks Carol. I was a bit worried cause I had not seen this before and I have maintained good water conditions. I did not think it was fin rot, but I still wanted to make sure. :)
