Spawning during Metro Treatment

G'day folks,
I am treating all my fish with Metro at the moment, including my breeding pair. This morning when I did a WC I saw some eggs on the backside of the cone. What should I do??? Continue with treatment??? only 2 dose left.

If they feel good enough to spawn they certainly don't need metro. Are all the fish in one tank?

Hi Carol,
started treament as a prevention as I didn't treat it before, so decided to do them all in one go. The breeding pairs (I have 2) are in their seperate tanks and I have another 2 x 2' and another 4' that is undergoing Metro. Just 2 more doses and end of treatment.Better to finish the whole treatment.

I of the breeding pair (Red Rose hasn't been eating since I aquired them - 1 month) and the Metro helps. They started to eat now.

Is it OK to treat the breeding pairs with Prazi next? am comtemplating on zapping all of them after a weeks break with Prazi. Please advise. Thanks.

Yes, wait a week or two after metro to treat with prazi.
