when is the best time to test your water peramiters?

by that i mean, should you test your water before or after a w/c....or before or after feeding???

when is the best time to get the most acurate readings from your water?

You need to establish a baseline for comparison. So you'll need results from

1. your tap water
2. your tap water after conditioning
3. your tank water before a W/C
4. your tank water after a W/C
5. your tank water halfway between W/Cs

If your results are reproducible from week to week, then you'll have a good idea what's going on in the tank.
