What i feed my fish

i feed my discus live bloodworms that i get from a local pet shop along with some red color enhancer well baisically i need some help to improve their nutrition so any suggestions are welcome

Tetra color bits and beefheart

You have many options:
White worms
Black worms
Earth worms
Artemia (brine shrimps)
Krill (don't know if it's good)
etc...

;D In addition to what was mentioned by both Carol and nirfun, I additionally use a good quality flake with mine. Initially sometimes, they don't go for it cuz it seems they don't know it is food; but once they get it; mine go gaa- gaa for it!

I am feeding my young discus beefheart twice a day, frozen food twice a day (brine shrimp, mysis shrimp, or bloodwroms) and pellet whenever they beg in between.

The Pellet is New Life Spectrum Growth Formula. I give it in tiny pinches.

These babies have grown from 1 inch to 1.5 inches or more in 3 weeks.
