Mosquito larvae

Is it ok to feed discus with mosquito larvae? Has anyone done it before?

I've done it many times. The only thing I've been careful about is not getting them from a source with other fish in it...

Not sure about your area, but I have concerns about West Nile Disease. It is carried by mosquitos and transfered to birds. I know I don't want to find out that it transfers to discus and angels.

I tried it a long time ago....make sure they eat every one of them! You'll end up with mosquitoes in your house if you get careless with them!
