xen,
Thanks very much for your compliments. These pictures were taken with my new Nikon D70 Outfit which I just got for Father's Day and my B-Day. I don't really know how to use it yet, I took these pictures in auto mode with the lens which came with the camera and the pop up speedlight. I should be able to improve the quality considerably when I get my new macro lens and the SB-800 Flash AND learn how to use the camera. Here is the review on the camera if you are interested: http://www.dpreview.com/reviews/nikond70/

HTH,
Bryant

Heya Bryant,

Wow - very cool camera ;-)

You should be able to get some really gorgeous shots with it. Jeez, even the flash looks pretty good!

BTW if you haven't already, wrap your brain around Photoshop. Photoshop is as much a part of my photography now as my camera. Even a good shot can be made to look better with some Photoshop loving ;-)

Cheers,
John

Hi John,
Thanks and I am very proud of my new camera. I have a ton to learn about it though. It will take some time but I will eventually get there, MAYBE? The shots I posted here are just as they come out of the camera other than cropped and resized for posting. I will definitely check into Photoshop though. Here is the other equipment I am wanting to get to complete the package.

I want to get this Sigma macro lens: http://www.bhphotovideo.com/bnh/controller/home?O=productlist&A=details&Q=&sku=148530&is=USA

And this zoom telephoto lens with a teleconvertor:http://www.bhphotovideo.com/bnh/controller/home?O=productlist&A=details&Q=&sku=163660&is=REG

And this "Big Mama" for far off wildlife shots:http://www.bhphotovideo.com/bnh/controller/home?O=productlist&A=details&Q=&sku=192446&is=USA

And this flash:http://www.bhphotovideo.com/bnh/controller/home?O=productlist&A=details&Q=&sku=300467&is=USA

This will complete my photography "DREAM PACKAGE"! ;D ;D ;D
Didn't mean to get carried away there but you seem interested in photography equipment.

Take care,
Bryant
