ACA 2004

Hey all,
ACA 2004 is less then 2 weeks away! What’s the plan, as far as getting all the Discus Folks together? Do we need to come up with a secret handshake, password or meeting point? At one time I think we had a meeting room planned but I think that all came apart. Who’s all going and when are you showing up?

Jeff Young Discus Farm US has the "Jeff Young Room". I asked him to make sure it was set up with tables and chairs. I plan to spend time there each day meeting everybody and talking about the North American Discus Association ;D

I will fly in Thursday evening and fly out Sunday. Friday night at 10:00 PM is the Discus Study Group. Ken Davis, Chairman of the Board of Trustees for the ACA (Fishfarm) will be the speaker. I have some time after his presentation to talk about NADA

Do you know the room number of the "Jeff Young Room" Carol?? Cause I will also probably spend alot of time there meeting everyone as this is my first ACA.

I don't think it's a hotel room - it's a conference room. The ACA brochure calls it the "Jeff Young Room"

I'm flying out to Colorado this Saturday the 17th. I decided to make it a full vacation. First I will go to Pikes Peak and then I will go to Rocky Mountain National Park. I will arrive at the ACA Thursday evening and fly out Sunday. I'm also going on tour #2 from the ACA. I look forward to meeting in person people from all the discus forums.

If you still have not made hotel arrangements there are still rooms available. I just made a reservation on the Marriott website for a deluxe room for 79.00(plus tax) its the "stay for Breakfast" package it includes breakfast and 100.00 certificate for a future stay at a Marriott.

No ACA for us this year :'(. Bill's heart problems have to come first, and when we get him well, we can make plans to see everyone in 2005. Cant wait to see the pics though, just know we will be there with everyone in our thoughts. Have a great time everyone!!!!

Well, since I can't have my cake and eat it too, I had to choose between ACA and playing the master one-on-one again this year..........That was a tough choice ;) I'm hoping to go to Dallas next year.
