OOPS! thawed me blood worms

I have read that your not supposed to refreeze after thawing. Is this a real problem causer or a guidw line. Don't want to toss'em but if it causes problems I will. Thanx, Kaceyo

personally, I'd feed what I could in the next day and toss the rest.

I agree with Carol. I had a batch that was in the car a bit too long and thawed a bit. The fish turned dark and got skittish after eating it, so I threw out the rest.
