I want to treat a tank of 3 month old home raised Discus for Flukes or worms. I have a bottle of "H-6 tapeworm Fluke care" which must have come from Asia. The directions are :
1 gram to 10 liters of water. How can I convert that to teaspoons per gallon?

There is no single conversion that is correct for all substances because gram is weight measure and teaspoon is volume measure.
For most medications 1 gram is approximately the same as 1 teaspoon, but it is an approximation and could be dangerous for medications that are highly dose specific.
