I know this is a discus forum, but I thought it would be fun to do something a little different.

Let's see your favorite pics... NOT necessarily of fish.

Here is mine... it was taken at Yosemite National Park... one of my favorite places to visit, and fortunately, only a little over an hour away!

Judi,

Great little place. I went there about 2 summers ago with the boys. We figured it was summer and california so packed all shorts and tshirt. It ended up snowing in the valley and we had to wear every piece of clothing we brought with us to keep warm.

1st time ever camped in the snow and I am from the Northeast.

We had a blast anyway and will have to go back soon.

We also saw tons of wild life up close. One of our best nature trips ever.

No discus, but lots of good eating fish! ;)

You are sooooooooo right! Yosemite is definitely one of those "MUST SEE" places on the west coast.

Judi - it's beautiful but I've never been. I have visited the Rockies and they are breathtakingly similar. :)

Well, you said favorite pic, didn't have to be Discus and you never said it had to be mountains either (though your pic is beautiful). Here's mine - just under 3 years old now (ignore the old man on the right :)
