Discus Changing Sex?

Has anyone read or heard of discus changing their sex to ensure harmony within their group? Other fish do, why not discus? Please share your thoughts on this.

Never heard of this, and don't know if it happens or not. Have had two females mate up and spawn... both of them laying eggs one right after just as if it were a female/male act.
