I got my tank cleaned out and ready for a planted aquarium but I have a few questions. I have a powerhead that is used to circulate the water and but it creates a too powerful water current and thus the plants will not stay. How do I solve this problem? Also, I was just reading about a "spraybar" and I was wondering if how do you make it and can it be connected to the outgoing water from the canistor filter or do I need a water pump?
