Shipping Discus question.

I need to shp some Discus from Northern Ca to Kentucky. I called UPS, Fed-x and Airborne and they won't ship live fish.
Do we have to box them and not tell the shipper that there are live fish in the box?

I ship with fedex atleast 4 times a month and I write live fish right on the box... they wont take just styrofoam boxes - it has to have a cardboard box on the outside also or they wont take it unless you talk sweet to them.. ;D - same with the post office or ups but i dont like using them
