I talked to Jeff a few months back but he didn't have the book at that time. Universal has the book on the web. I left a message but no reply. You may want to give them another try. I don't have the book yet. I finally got my book from Don when he was selling his collection. He has a great collection on discus books. The books are on the USPS truck as we speak :) :)
