pest control in fish room

just wanted to check what others are using to control ants, roaches etc. I even have a few frogs. guess i could breed those and they would eat the bugs lol.
my fish room is in a separate structure and the palmeto roaches give me the creeps. roaches shouldn't fly.

Use Boric Acid. It comes in powder form. I put in a pop bottle cap and place it where dogs and children can't get to it. Soon you won't see any bugs in your house. I get mine at the animal feedstore.
