any tips of what i should feed my discus....... bloodworms brineshrimp frozen... beefheart but that looks to complicated to make right now.

Frozen Bloodworms and Brineshrimp are both good foods(I recommend Hikari). I also feed Tetra Colorbits, Ocean Nutrition I & II flake, and CBW. Beefheart is a snap to make. When you start to feel comfortable with the other things that you need to do in caring for your Discus and want to give beefheart a try then feel free to start a thread here or in the Food and Nutrition section and somebody will help you.

If you can make meatloaf you can make beefheart for your fish. It is very easy and the most practical from a cost prospective. Can't go wrong with beefheart thats for sure. But all the other foods you listed are fine as well.
