Whats the best way to bring the weight up

I have a female red mellon that lost some weight because I was in the hospital for a time and was unable to care for them. The male she is with is chasing her around because the water quality is back in line but she's a little under weight. She loves black worms but is a little picky on other foods. The ph is 6.5, temp is usually at 85 but I increased it to 88. I'm doing partial water changes everyday and I am noticing improvement. Is there anything else I can do to help the girl out?

Get her back in condition with the live food. You may need to do a metro treatment - then try to get her back on other foods too.
