ok one of my fish that has been shimming and shaking is started laying. i got some pics with my phone. the orange one has been close but also is eating the eggs. send me some signs that show if there a pair. they both shake a little. the eggs are on a leaf. can you tell when a males fertilizing the eggs?

an experienced male will make runs over the eggs right after the females lays them. AFter 24hours +\- trhe eggs will turn black and hatch if fertile. It takes most males several pracitice sessions to figure out how to fetilize eggs.

well the next morning as i look at the leaf there all gone so he probly did eat them
