Hi
Some of my fries have a problem with I can't solve it.
They lay at the bottom of the tank and swim unusually.
They eat normally and grow up almost normally. I don’t now what can I do for them. They are healthy at the beginning but after a few days some of them do so.
Should I take them away?
Why some of them do so?

Cull the sliders.

Out of every spawning, I always get 3-4 of these fish. Probably a failure in developing the swim bladder. I've seen the same thing in angels. Nothing you can do except cull them.

I agree. These need to be culled and will not recover in most cases. Their swimming will be impaired. These fish are often called "sliders" as Carol said. Some have noted a higher frequency of them in tanks with poor water quality...my guess is its related to a bacterial infection of the swim bladder.

Hi, I get one or two "sliders" in each spawn. I put them in a plastic cup with a bit of tank water and put them in the freezer. I've kept some for a while to see if they'll recover, mine haven't.
